Nestled in the Green Mountains of Southern Vermont, the area of Arlington is full of history and was once the Capitol of Vermont as well as home to World famous artist Norman Rockwell who moved here in 1938. The Famous BattenKill River flows through Arlington and is known for its trout fishing, camping and canoeing. Other local points of interest include two of the Covered Bridges of Bennington County, the West Arlington Covered Bridge and the Chiselville Bridge.
We are located in Sunderland , VT, however, East Arlington and Arlington are the closest (just a couple miles) biggest towns for connection. Other neighboring towns include beautiful Manchester (10 minutes) and historic Bennington (15 minutes). We are also just about one half hour away from both Bromley Ski Mountain and Stratton Ski Mountain.
