Colebrook road is actually a Green Mountain National Forest access road. There is a deeded right of way (ROW) to the forest. The Forest Service encourages camping, hiking on the many trails, hunting, and other forms of outdoor activities. For more information click here.
The National Forest land is contiguous to the property on two sides. Hundreds of beautiful acres abound, never to be developed, and they blend right into your future property. It's like having hundreds acres of "your own" (without the tax buden of them!).
